Abstract
Customers of the emerging GPRS, high-speed mobile IP networks will want to be able to use their terminals globally, just as they are accustomed to doing with their existing GSM phones. GPRS operators worldwide need an economic, secure and reliable platform to interconnect their networks in order to provide the customer with this seamless roaming experience which they expect. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a GPRS roaming exchange (GRX) service, which will enable GPRS operators to offer such a global roaming capability
