Abstract :
Spectral domain analysis of aperture coupled microstrip arrays in receiving mode is presented. The numerical results describe the coupling mechanism from the antenna substrate to the feeder, and outline the main parameters of the structure. The numerical technique of analysis is the conjugate gradient-fast Fourier transform (CG-FFT) that verifies the boundary condition over the antenna, the coupling aperture, and the feeder simultaneously
