Abstract :
The recent advent of electronic commerce has made it possible for people to use cyberspace for shopping. Commercial activities in such open network environments provide benefits to both the consumer and the vendor, and opened up many new opportunities for all. An electronic payment system is the most important payment scheme in electronic commerce and can be classified as the electronic cash system and the payment broker system. Electronic cash provides the user anonymity during a purchase. However, anonymous electronic cash is vulnerable to fraud and criminal acts, such as money laundering, perfect blackmailing and illegal purchases. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to solve the problems that the anonymity can bring and the problems following the anonymity control methods, to add a divisibility function. Also, a modified blinded KCDSA signature method versus the original national electronic standardized algorithmic KCDSA electronic protocol is proposed and an electronic money system using such a signature is proposed
