Abstract
We investigated effects of post treatment of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on emission characteristics of CNTs. Annealing and plasma treatment of CNTs were carried in different ambient. Emission current from CNTs was increased by annealing in Ar atmosphere at 250°C. Uniformity of emission from CNTs was improved by Ar plasma treatment at 250°C but, there was degradation in emission properties after O2 plasma treatment
