Abstract :
Presents a time-series analysis of biomedical signals utilizing the method of relative power contribution (RPC). First, the spatial relationship between the movements of the lips, chin and throat in the swallowing function is presented while wearing dentures and without dentures. In the case of patients wearing dentures, it was observed that the relationship between the lips, chin and throat improved more significantly and than without dentures. Next, the relationship between the movements of the knee and pelvis while walking with an injured foot is presented. In the case of patients walking with an injured foot, it was observed that the pelvis on the good side of the leg supported the knee. The RPC expresses the degree of contribution to a variable of the other variables. Using this analysis of RPC can help construct a more effective plan of kinesitherapy in rehabilitation for the improvement of each patient
