Demonstrates an application of multidimensional structured uncertainty analysis (μ-analysis) to closed-loop control of cross-directional paper machine process. A multidimensional model of a cross-directional control process and a multidimensional structured uncertainty model are formulated. The analysis allows including the influence of the edge effects
