Abstract
An external magnetic field significantly changes the properties of electric and magnetic subsystems of a solid body. The paper treats the structure consisting of a magnetic semiconductor with two types of carriers and a vacuum. Propagation of waves is characterized by a set of equations involving the Maxwell equations and material parameters
