  • Abstract
The surface wave resonators (SWR) are highly perspective for a Josephson junctions array excitation in such devices as voltage standard, Josephson generators, etc. The easily of SWR resonance excitation, relatively low cost fabrication (in fact, SWR is a HTS film on the substrate in an empty waveguide), high microwave current density and homogeneity makes SWR a very attractive alternative for microwave devices with Josephson junction (JJ). The basis of the devices is made by circuits of series dc biased JJ´s array of the high-temperature superconductors (HTS)
