Abstract
The transformation of temporary and spatial electromagnetic field distribution caused by change in time domain of medium properties is investigated. The electromagnetic field in a flat waveguide with absolutely conducting plates is considered. It is assumed that until zero moment of time the waveguide was empty and electromagnetic field is excited by an axial symmetric current which has time dependence
