Abstract
The measurement control complex for detection and identification of radioactive and fissile materials which is developed in MEPhl and based on passive method of their detection is presented. Characteristics of multilayer 3He neutron and xenon gamma-ray detectors as well as information on systems of assembling and processing the data are described
