  • Abstract
    Method based on modular fuzzy neural network were introduced. Rainfall prediction in May in Guangxi province as application background, in consideration of the tendency of equalization in cluster population using this method, presented an improved modular fuzzy neural network prediction model with effectiveness factors (MFNNef). Through comparisons between two methods´ results, the feasibility of the new method was verified, and the existence of unequalization in rainfall rough cluster size was approved
