  • Abstract
    The sideslip problem during the coordinated turning of a helicopter is studied in this paper. An improved control law for the helicopter digital autopilot is presented. Compared with the existing control law, this control law reduced the sideslip much. Simulation and test flight results are given to show that the sideslip is controlled within the required range
