  • Abstract
    For the congestion of high-speed communication networks, a double predictive PI controller is designed. And the sufficient and necessary condition in which the closed-loop is stable under model-process mismatching is presented. The control algorithm designed can overcome the adverse effect caused by uncertainties such as the number of users, the ABR bandwidth and propagation delays etc. The fairness and full utilization of bandwidth are ensured. Simulation results show that the control system is robust, fast, adaptive and the quality of service is guaranteed meanwhile
