Abstract :
As multi-antenna without phase-controlling being used in MIMO system to transmit signals with the same carrier frequency, directional transmission beam would be produced in MIMO system, which would form a number of blind spots of radio coverage. The above conclusions would be proved in the paper by mathematical analysis and radio beam simulation method. The present researches of the MIMO theory only proved that channel capacity could be increased on the setting mathematical model in base-band by the space division multiplex (SDM) principle. But the reasonable physical model matching to that mathematical model have not been given by those researches, resulting in that the SDM could not been realized in MIMO system physically.
