Abstract
Based on the research on the performance system and the evaluation method of the cartel, the member performance system of the cartel was put forward, which includes the internal performance, the external performance and the cooperation performance. Based on the cooperation and competition relationship between the cartel members, the evaluation method based on the Shapley value was adopted to evaluate the member performance. It will be used to strengthen the self-awareness of the cartel members, and moreover to guide cartels to the healthy development.
