As a material component of credit service of banks, credit retreat is the key link for banks to control credit risk. The effective implementation of credit retreat in Chinese commercial banks, therefore, is imminent. We established a game model between bank and enterprise and analyzed the interaction in bank credit retreat. The results demonstrated the necessity for China´s commercial banks to carry out credit retreat. The realization and effective implementation of bank credit retreat still call for rigorous standards stipulated by government and relative financial institutions as well as regular and systematic execution of bank. Otherwise, it will induce the disorder of market together with instable determinant of financial market.
