Abstract
Based on the body´s characteristic of large product of inertia, the nonlinear dynamic turning-model of the high-temperature ladle carrier vehicle is established by Newton-Euler method. The simulation for a certain type of high-temperature ladle carrier vehicle is made to show that the increment of the roll angle´s amplitude, which is affected by the large product of inertia, will be bigger and more obvious when the speed and steering angle increase. It also shows that the maximum speed, which is no more than 9kph on the ultimate steering angle, is limited by the special inertia matrix.
