  • Abstract
He seven-step sequential extraction of the WuHe Wetland different sections phosphorus samples analyzed various forms of phosphorus content in different sections. The results showed that: the average content of WuHe Wetland various forms of phosphorus in sediments showed Fe-P (1509.91mg · kg-1)> De-P (827.49mg · kg-1)> Ca-P (144.76mg · kg-1)> Oc-P (185.45mg · kg-1)> Ex-P (22.86mg · kg-1)> Al-P (8.33mg · kg-1)> Org-P (5.24mg · kg-1); the vertical distribution of various forms of phosphorus showed that the total phosphorus content and occluded phosphorus decreases with increasing depth, aluminum bound phosphorus and exchangeable phosphorus was similar and vertical changes significantly affected by the depth, the iron-bound phosphorus and organic relatively stable in the direction perpendicular to the phosphorus, and the content of phosphorus debris increases with increasing depth.
