IEEE-USA Testifies in Favor of Highly Skilled Green Cards [IEEE—USA]

IEEE-USA representative Bruce Morrison testified March 5, 2013, on US Capitol Hill in support of permanent employment-based visas for highly skilled engineers, scientists, and technology workers, while criticizing proposals to increase America´s reliance on H-1B temporary visas. “There are right ways and wrong ways” to address highly skilled immigration reform, said Morrison, Chair of Morrison Public Affairs Group. “We at IEEE-USA very much believe the emphasis should be on green cards.”
