Abstract :
This paper first discusses the status and problems of science technology innovative team construction in regional universities and colleges. It mainly explores the countermeasures of these problems from three aspects such as implementation of sort management in teams, establishment of scientific rational intensive and binding mechanism and intensification of team cultural construction.
