  • Abstract
    Along with the accelerated competition in car market and increasing in environmental protection, people not only guarantee excellent decoration and high corrosion resistance performance of a Car coating system but also pay and increasing attention to the protection of the environment effect coating materials and the cost of painting production and the equipment investment. After introducing the process and the key problem of automobiles wheel Rims system, this paper design a Car coating system automatic control system based on the process of PLC, which including hardware and software design. This system can be more reliability, maintainability and flexibility, it also prolong the service life, shorten the work time and alleviate workload. Practice shows that the automatic coating control system can complete complicated control task easier than original artificial coating system. And bring more economic benefits for the company and customers.
