Abstract :
Emission enhancement of the organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) by the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect was studied. Ag nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were fabricated by vacuum deposition method and annealing. OLEDs with and without Ag NPs were fabricated to evaluate the LSPR enhancement effect. As a result, the luminance of OLED containing Ag NPs was enhanced successfully by the LSPR.
