  • Abstract
“Engineering wisdom” suggested that 3D printed horns with surface roughness would not perform well. We discovered that the effects were much less pronounced that we had anticipated, or than many of our peers led us to believe. It is always an option to polish a 3D printed part, but this work told us that this may often not be necessary.
