Abstract :
In the view of existing contradiction between solving current problems and long-term planning in the industrial enterprise distribution network, the paper has combined recent planning and long-term planning and constructed mathematical model of multi objectives and multi constraints. A multi population genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model. It can not only enhance the global search ability but also improve the convergence speed and prevent the premature problem. In the process of solving, we use graph theory to repair infeasible solutions and ensure the feasibility of the solution. Results of the example show that the performance of the proposed method is excellent.
