  • Abstract
    Data acquisition system of gear measuring centerhad problems that acquisition accuracy wasn´t high, acquisition time was too long, and the speed was slow. It was in order to ensure that the reliability of the Gear Measuring Center, which a good data acquisition system was required. According to the four coordinate measuring principle of Gear Measuring Center, it requires four raster signals and one probe signal. The probe signal was processed by the relevant circuit, then through computing and processing circuit into AD976A converter to convert, while applying CPLD to subdivide four raster signal, to debate, reversible counting acquisition and processing, and finally control the acquisition of multiple channel digital data storage by MSP430. The circuit design is completed to improve the collection of data center gear measuring accuracy, stable and reliable.
