Abstract
This contribution aims at defining and assessing an ISAR while-scan mode for coastal surveillance exploiting the signal transmitted by a coastal surveillance radar system over its successive scans. By processing the signals received by multiple passive (receivers only) devices, properly located near the coast, ISAR images of moving ship targets of interest can be achieved.
