Abstract :
In this paper, we have investigated radiation emission phenomena for a long load wire connecting LEDs from standard test set-ups suggested in CISPR F committee. The meander type test configuration proposed by CISPR F/601/CD have been studied, specifically whether the test configuration generates some distortion and/or resonant problems by a series of measurements and field simulations. Three different configurations for RE measurement have been tested and compared. We have also simulated and compared the meander type test arrangement suggested to check whether the structure supports resonant and coupling phenomena for different wire lengths by using the HFSS (High Frequency Simulation Software) field simulator.
