  • Abstract
This paper introduces the gray clustering theory as a method to conduct an information security risk assessment for power substation communication systems using the gray theory with combination of AHP and Delphi method, and improves the substation communication system information security risk assessment model based on the gray clustering theory. Analysis albino gray clustering by constructing weight function and determine the level of risk quantification membership functions and clustering targets. Use examples to prove that this model can effectively evaluate the risks substation communication system, and provide theoretical guidance for both risk management and the establishment of security protection system.
