  • Abstract
    We present a photonic architecture for a GMTI radar based on high performance RF photonic voltage-controlled oscillators and mixers. Such a RADAR, consuming less than 3 W of power, with 0.1 kg mass in a 200 cc volume is shown to be feasible.
