Abstract :
Today, challenges and adventures caused by of risks on IT service providers that are the producers or suppliers of diverse IT services are burdensome. On the contrary, the advantages of using risks prediction and analysis is so high that many of IT service providers are seeking a way to predict, analyze and reduce the effects of risks. In this article, an application oriented model is presented using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis model in combination with Multi-Criteria Decision-Making models of Analytical Hierarchical Process and TOPSIS in Fuzzy environment to improve the risk evaluation of companies providing the IT services. Whilst in this model the weight of risks calculated not only on the basis of intensity, occurrence probability and risk discovery probability, but also on the basis of risk importance degree, that is its actual impact affecting the whole business, the real weight of risks will be calculated and prioritized. Meanwhile, IT establishment framework in IT service providers is considered as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3) framework.
