  • Abstract
Orthotropic deck plate has no complete calculation method consider its anisotropism and complex loading characteristics. The paper is based on a certain highway orthotropic deck of simply supported steel girder bridge by ANSYS software. The components of the bridge are calculated to study the stress under the effect of vehicle and dead weight. The results show that each component force of the bridge deck all meet the requirements, and has a large surplus, can optimize the cross section; Orthotropic deck plate can reflect the actual stress state by finite element method.
