  • Abstract
    In the paper the hydrodynamic approach taking into account the space charge effect is considered. In the framework of the model proposed the solutions model problems is obtained by the numerical methods. The comparison of these solutions with the known analytical ones and with the solutions, by PIC or PP - methods were obtained, was made. The obtaining solutions accuracy analysis was made.
