  • Abstract
    The geographic information system is an application engineering technology of the management and the analysis spatial data, with gathering, management, processing, and analysis of the spatial data. The geographic information system can be use to solve the complex plan and the management question. Molecular biology rapidly expands causes thorough understanding about HBV. But the research concerning the geographic distribution of HBV genotypes is limited. This article attempts to discuss application of the geographic information system technology in HBV genotype. The paper reflects the Chinese HBV genotype geographic distribution situation intuitively Based on geographic information system´s data space analysis technique, and provides one kind of research idea and the technical program for the geography epidemiology research.
