Abstract :
In this paper, a high precision sensor for dynamic torque is introduced. The strain gauge stuck on the shaft is used to sense the torque to be measured. The power supply circuit is linked to the outer power supply through the slip ring. The output frequency signal is transmitted to the secondary meter through the mechanical capacity. The authors´ sensor has a span of 0~200 Nm, a hysteresis of 0.348%, a repeatability of 0.323 and a linearity of 0.85%. It has been applied in the brake torque of the vehicle brake properties detection-bed and the input torque of the vehicle steering-gear test-bed
