Abstract :
Vibrate signals include abundant information of machine. It can be used to evaluate the machine technical states. This paper used 7 acceleration transducers to sample vibrate signals of diesel engine on different measuring points under the laboratory environment. The object of this experiment is the 12V150 tank diesel engine. Experiment carried on 700 hours. 10 hours as a stage selected a data. Computed total 270 parameters from each of data. Analyzed the change trend of each parameter along with service time of diesel engine. Found the best parameters set. Based on the optimum solution of characteristic vector, each data extracted 11 characteristics. Using the 11 characteristic vectors built recognition program based on Euclidean distance to identify the lifetime of diesel engine. The results validated that acceleration transducer used on evaluating lifetime of 12V150 diesel engine. Evaluating the lifetime of diesel engine scientifically has important military affair meanings and economic benefit.
