Abstract
From the view of corporate governance, in this paper a five-step internal control critical success factors mining model is built based on Critical Success Factors analysis (CSF). First, by analyzing the internal control status of Guangdong transport enterprises, determine the evaluation value of each success factor´s importance degree. Then combined with the weight analysis of the survey results, mine the transport enterprises´ internal control critical success factors set and evaluate the importance of each critical success factor. Thirdly, summarize the status of Guangdong transport enterprises´ internal control and combined with the mined critical success factors, finally, with the conclusion of the model, some suggestions on the optimization of their internal control system are put forward.
