Abstract :
In this paper, three reduced-size ratrace hybrid- couplers and their design equations are presented. These new configurations exhibit over 25% reduction in footprint as compared to the conventional ratrace hybrid coupler. These are very suitable for MMICs and aerospace applications. The proposed structures are verified using a fullwave simulator.
