Abstract :
A suitable control method, called sliding made control is described for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Simulations and experimental results are presented for a single-phase UPS with respect to the harmonic spectrum of the sinusoidal output voltage and sensitivities to load disturbances. The appropriate switching function in the phase plane is developed.<>
