Abstract :
This paper deals with operator´s reliability and optimal analytical model as the basis of estimation of operator´s errors distribution. The mail goal is to determine the operator´s reliability by the means of the chosen model. Peculiarities of reliability models were discovered and the most appropriate one was chosen according to the requirements and calculation advantages. Method of diffusion nonmonotonic model calculation is performed.
