    The IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Signal Processing Society, and the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society are pleased to announce the launch of a new journal: IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (WCL), in 2012. WCL will publish timely, novel and high-quality recent results on Wireless Communications in letter format, i.e., 4 pages maximum. Authors are invited to submit their manuscript to this new journal via the WCL Manuscript Central Web Site: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/wcl
