This paper, which bases on a lot of information and channels for buying and selling on the appliance manufacturer and practical research, starts from the business purchasing and marketing channels, analysis and elaborates factors that influence the value of purchasing channels and establishes the value of evaluation index system of buying and selling channels, to quantify the value of purchases and sales channels for enterprise management by the combination of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the entropy theory of appliance manufacturers, and provides the enterprise management the basis of evaluation and selections of purchasing and marketing channels that meet the enterprise development.
