Abstract :
The theoretical research on enterprises´ elements innovation has gradually developed from the single element innovation to multi-elements collaborative innovation, including technology, market, system, culture elements, etc. This paper proposes a dominant element innovation theory of enterprises, analyzes the theoretical connotation which start from extracting dominant element and end in forming dominant innovation pattern, with dominant element driving other elements to realize collaborative innovation sequentially, then takes the dynamic and evolutionary perspective to describe the evolvement mechanism of mainstream and newstream innovation “alternation between old and new-convergent innovation-result representation-meet recycling”, later through a case study of three development course stages in Fujian Haiyuan automatic equipments CO.LTD, who has realized “single element innovation-combination elements innovation-total elements innovation” lead by dominant element innovation to analyze and prove the theory proposed above, aims to provide a theoretical reference and practical guidance for enterprise innovation and gradually towards innovative enterprises.
