Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of deburring of small parts in hard-to-reach places by ultrasonic action. The advantage of this method is the ability to process internal channels and small diameter thread. In conclusion found that over 40 min sonication an aqueous solution of ferric chloride 0.5% (in mass ratio) is removed burrs weighing 6 mkg.
