Abstract :
Traditional testing methods for comprehensive performance of the sample on industrial CT are characterized as intensive labor and low efficiency. A new type of dynamic loading testing system based on virtual instrument technique developed for industrial CT test is reported. The system is able to control the test procedure automatically and the efficiency is improved. The main advantages of this new servo-controlled test system are the high stiffness and small size in frame. During ICT testing, the samples can be flexibly loaded in axial direction. So the whole process of ICT images from the crack propagation to coalescence is obtained. The apparatus laid the foundation for dynamic ICT tests. This electronic document is a “live” template.
