Towards an ecosystem overview of electric vehicle service groups

This paper gives an overview of electric vehicle specific service groups which were identified by assessing current working practices, conducting expert interviews and a literature analysis. Furthermore a taxonomy is developed structuring the identified service groups within an electric vehicle ecosystem according to certain criteria. This taxonomy helps to reduce the domains complexity and thus foster sustainable mobility by encouraging both practitioners and researchers to get involved with the electric mobility domain.
