Abstract
Conventional strategic assumptions based on structural industry and ´an enterprise is an independent and autonomous entity´, have not adapted to the development of networks economy. In fact, enterprise is not only an independent entity, but also it consists of ecology community with all relative benefit colonies and evolves in coordination with them. Therefore, this paper based on combining the achievements of study on commerce ecology and on strategic networks, puts forward new strategic mode - strategic ecology management. And then it summarizes the connotation, the characters, main courses and the corresponding tactics of strategic ecology management to offer a kind of new language, new strategic logic and actualizing way.
