Abstract :
Compared with the traditional E-Commerce website, the M-Commerce website provides an extensive Internet accessibility and a capability of committing transactions anytime and anywhere to users with mobile devices. Limited knowledge about the M-Commerce website environment, false perception of website construction as a costly and arduous task, and lack of feasible assisting solutions for website construction are obstacles for enterprises to owning their own mobile websites. In this article, we first introduce the environment of the M-Commerce website and its elements. Then we analyze how these elements impact on and constrain the construction of the website. Finally, based on balancing the business goals of an enterprise and aforementioned relevant constraints, an innovative strategy framework for website construction is proposed and it promises to facilitate enterprises to build their feasible M-Commerce websites efficiently.
