Abstract :
Traditionally the logistics center scope can be determined by establishing nonlinear programming model and optimizing it in order to get the solution through pursuing their owner utility value maximum for logistics center operators. This is the singleness optimization problem and the reaction of the other nodes enterprises of supply chain have been neglected. Based on this we analyze the logistics center system function from the angles of transportation enterprises and the angles of production material logistics center proprietors in this paper. The Stackelberg model with two levels can be established. In the concrete algorithm we adopt the synthesis simulation method together with genetic algorithm based on two levels programming. The correctness of the theory and method can be tested by example.
