Abstract :
Iterative signal detection based on energy spreading transform (EST) in multiple input multiple output systems has been shown to perform close to the genie bound with the complexity of linear receivers. In this paper, we consider a transmit antenna selection scheme for the EST based iterative receiver and propose some transmit selection criteria. Simulation results are provided to verify the usefulness of the proposed schemes.
