Abstract :
This work presents several experimental results concerning the novel procedure for the calibration of vector network analyzers with non-mating ports reported in [1]. This procedure arises from the hybridization of the thru-short-delay and the reciprocal-short-open-line techniques. The advantages of this combined technique, in terms of enhanced accuracy and simplicity, have been tested on different waveguide setups, operating in the Ku, K and Ka bands.
